Magnitude 3.7 Earthquake Shakes Southern California

RIVERSIDE (CBS SF) — A magnitude 3.7 earthquake shook Southern California Tuesday evening.

The moderate earthquake struck the Riverside County area shortly after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to the USGS.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries, but Twitter users described feeling a “short jolt.”
